Sunday Night Sing at BRICK Los Angeles

This poster was created for BRICK Los Angeles to promote their "Sunday Night Sing" event via email. "Sunday Night Sing" is a community event put on for the members of BRICK LA to give members a chance to hang out in a non-workout environment.

The event details were very minimal which allowed me to keep the primary focus of the poster on the artist photos. Initially only one of the photos (Nomi and Joey) was sent to me in black and white, and had a noisey quality to it. In an effort to keep the aesthetics of the poster consistent I converted the other two photos to black and white, and added noise to them to match the look of the first photo.

I chose to keep the theme of "BRICK" going by adding a brick texture background behind the text. After turning up the contrast, I used various overlay settings for the text and kettlebell icon to give it a "painted on" look.

The poster and mockups were created entirely in photoshop.
