This project was done just for fun as a type and vector experiment. I've always been fascinated with letters and typography. On the rare occasions that I have free time (or when I'm quasi-playing hooky from clients ;) I usually end up just messing with fonts and experimenting on how i can manipulate or enhance them.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am a huge fan of Baz Lurhman's The Great Gatsby starring Leonardo DiCaprio. With this project I tried to somewhat pay homage to the film through the usage of ornate embellishments and pastel color palette (below). This work was created entirely in Adobe Illustrator.
