PURPOSE: Annual Intra-Company Fitness Competition

This graphic was created for an HGST satellite location in Rochester, Minnesota. HGST has been a pioneer in the adoption of revolutionary corporate wellness programs. HGST (Now Western Digital) is moving away from traditional gym setups, which promote isolationism, and is instead embracing group based fitness classes.

Being detached from their headquarters did not deter HGST Rochester from creating their own community dynamic. They reached out to us to produce a graphic for their annual intra-location fitness competition.

This graphic was initially inspired and adapted from a license free vector file. We chose to abandon the original graphic (shown above) after we researched Rochester, MN and discovered that there were no mountain ranges in the region. We chose to keep the lower "water" elements as an homage to the city's iconic river. For the final production, the client chose to go with the city skyline version graphic (shown below).
