CLIENT: Friend // Avid Panic! at the Disco fan
PURPOSE: Create a graphic for a concert T-shirt
APPLICATION: T-shirt // Singlet (Tank Top)

This was my latest foray into creating a custom band/concert shirt for an upcoming Panic! at the Disco concert.

The initial concept for this design was heading in a drastically different direction than this final version (check it out HERE!), yet after speaking with the client we moved to a more vibrant, ‘fun’ design. After viewing a sample image sent over by the client which featured a strong floral motif, the final design came about rather quickly. I took a pre-existing floral vector pattern, masked it to a partially hand drawn font, and finished off the design by manipulating certain elements of the floral pattern to bleed past the edges of the font.

Disclaimer: To avoid copyright infringement these garments were not commercially sold. They were simply created as design experiments, and as gifts for close friends (and myself ;).
